How much is Zetterberg even worth today at last years deadline? A mid pick? I'd rather just let him retire a Red Wing then see him suit up in another jersey. Seeing Alfredsson in a Red Wings jersey was disgusting

Much like seing Mats in a Canucks jersey was heartbraking. Especially considering I hate the Canucks.

The Wings did unload Datsyuk's contract to Arizona when he left for the KHL. Their to the Coyotes ended up being Chychrun but the Wings draft Cholowski and Hronek with the picks they received.

Report: Bolts waive Dotchin for material breach

The Tampa Bay Lightning have placed defenceman on waivers for the purpose of contract termination, according to multiple reports.
Joe Smith of The Athletic adds Dotchin had a "material breach" of his contract, leading to this move by the Lightning.
