If Josh Bailey doesn't sign within the next 13 hours, he will not play in the NHL this year, as per club policy. Same thing that happened with Sean Bergenheim a few years ago.

Luke Schenn has agreed to terms with the Toronto Maple Leafs. No further details at this point but he will report to camp Friday.
