Good to know...are we just letting the waiver draft run until then? We still have 3 picks left.
Free drops still apply up until roster deadline time...correct?

SJS is on the clock now with both Columbus and Winnipeg with expired picks. All are free to choose before 11 tomorrow.

2-5 : During waiver draft any available veteran claimed can start the year in the minors or your line-up waiver free, however; if waiver eligible they will be subject to waiver wire upon first send down / call up.
if called up to replace injured player, can they still be sent down without clearing waivers when said injured player returns?

I believe so (feel free to correct me).
Another thing, we will be doing away with recall waivers like the NHL.

Doncha love it?
As the Bruins opened training camp Sunday, Chris Bourque was skating on the team's third line with Chris Kelly and Rich Peverley, the Boston Globe reports.
(Updated 01/14/2013).
Fantasy Analysis
Chris Bourque has a shot to open the season in Benoit Pouliot's old spot on the B's third line, an assignment with modest fantasy upside. Bourque, who scored 28 points in 32 games with AHL Providence during the NHL lockout) seems to be in a solid position to claim the job, which is really the Bruins' only major training camp battle to be decided at this point.
