Stempniak was quoted as very excited to be back in Toronto.

Trading Hanzal and getting Langkow looks even better now. I don't anticipate a big year from Langkow, but it certainly doesn't bode well for guys like Turris or Hanzal if Langkow comes back flying.

Flyers are in decent shape with the cap with Carter and Richards gone and they could sign JVR to that kind of a deal. $13 million available with Carle, Coburn, Jagr, Voracek and Betts as their key free agents. They've got a lot of their young core signed at nice cap numbers...Giroux will be a bargain at $3.75M.
