Another one of my UFA has been signed.

The Pittsburgh Penguins have signed forward Jason Williams to a one-year contract, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero.

Williams’ contract is a two-way deal worth $600,000 at the NHL level.

not bad. pretty much what I thought he would get. I think the rangers have like 2 mil in space left off the top of my head.

Emery in Chicago on a tryout basis. I can't believe no one jumped at him, he did well in relief of Hiller last year. I'd rather have him than many backs up in the league this year. I wouldn't be surprised if he made the blackhawks as a back up though, Crawfords got the number one job, but Salak just came over from Europe not sure if hes ready for the backup job off the bat or he'll spend some time as the number 1 in Rockford.

Also the HF rumor I read today was Kessel training with Roberts?? Figure that nutrition plan alone would kill him.
