So based on TSN's main page are NHL teams still allowed to submit offer sheets to RFA's if they are classed in a certain group? A few in here including myself thought that time has passed, maybe it is only for players going to arbitration?

Agrreed on Vokoun but if Galiardi plays to or better than his rookie form 700k will be a steal.

expected a little less for Frolik, but 3M is about what i budgeted for Frolik and Galiardi so it works out.
