They fill their need in-house...Marchenko goes back in the lineup for Kronwall. Miller has been out for a while already so now he's a long-term loss...basically done for the season. A guy that would've been playing in Miller's spot...Landon Ferraro.

Not a sure thing that he's being sent down...he might be waived just so he can be sent down eventually. I forget how long the window is for a guy to actually be sent to down after they clear waivers. Most Wings fans are okay with cutting bait on him...there are some solid guys in GR that can do essentially what he does.
