Woah there, I'll have depth soon enough.

Yes that may be optimistic but when did Iggy have the chance to be basically the scorer on a line with a very crafty playmaker like Krejci? Lucic will make lots of room, Iggy will set up in the slot and Krejci will find him. I think the Bruins are going to have a high scoring couple of top lines this year. No point in trading him now. I thought about it but since he became a Bruin i refuse as the value is not there. I know what he has done and i know he has had a steady decline. His value will be higher next year even with another year added to age. wait and see... Im stubborn when it comes to trading. I refuse to trade for the sake of trading and if i dont think the value is there i'll sit on it. I was in a tough spot cap wise this year and traded some players that basically made me won last season. sucked but most teams in this league had to make those decisions.cliff11 wroteCOLONI see 30 to 35 outta iggy 40 is a bit much dont you think hahaCAM wroteCOLONWell it may be a wise decision. I know i will probably be a simple stepping stone. i got no depth and am basically trying to retain my core. I will not waste assets on improving as long as i am meeting gp requirements and remaining somewhat competitive, i am happy. Couture with a big raise next year and probably Tarasenko after his breakout season will be tough for me.
2014 season = sit back and enjoy the games. Iggy getting 40 goals. mmm
I had lots of depth offered up to bottom teams but the value of the 3rd and 2nd round picks still reign supreme. Id rather waive a player and give him to the team that is actually paying attention than accept a 3rd rounder for a roster player tbh...
maybe its best to trade him now, hes only getting closer to retirement
