In some way I think the eastern schdule reduces the chance of a run-away. Very hard to get big wins when most of your opponents are competitive.
I can see the top 4-5 in the West having a big gap though, as there will be some large 13+ wins.
- clarkson, purcell, spezza, quincey, gilbert..
+ palmeiri, lindholm, nystrom, methot
all in one off-season.. meh...
I think im taking mik's 8th instead

my team is dependent on guys like drouin, schwartz, kreider, jones, murray, trouba not only being NHL regulars but being productive NHL regulars - i highly doubt i finish 3rd in the west. Bubble playoff team for sure.

Like I said earlier in the thread florida shouldn't be in the playoffs over you. Heck I think I have a better team than florida too.
