No one doubts Scott's GM abilities or the work he did for the league. Not mike, not shook, not myself, not even Kareem.


But the light switch interest/intent/attitude it seriously toxic. Letting a guy back in that threaten the league seems very short-sighted to me. I personally wish we could move past this topic, and that those saying they have no intention in the matter to be clear. If you're posting this you have intention.

I'm with Mike 100% regardless of the ruling; consistent, reliable, honest and forthcoming Too much immature, short-sighted emotional bullwhip by many others.


My personal request to those who keep bringing it up: stop. The league can and will thrive w/o, we don't need the risk, annoyance, added drama. This is not my BBKL position, but rather my frustrated side.

Cons.

Pros; 2 time bbkl champion, former admin, added league competitiveness, willing to apologize and recognizes his faults and misses and wants to be apart of the great league we have, not to mention we need gms..

I have two, new, awesome candidates - let's get them on here, sort out the vacancy and move on.


Seriously guys, we're all grown ass men, moving on doesn't mean repeating mistakes. It sucks that we lost a competitive GM, who at his best was an amazing contributor to the league, however that in no way covers for what he was doing at his worst. This wasn't a 12 year old boy throwing a hissy fit, he wasn't removed for stepping on toes, he was removed for doing damage to the league and he threatened/promised to do more, including swearing it's demise w/o him.

We have the coolest, most intense, overly detailed and very focused hockey pool I've ever heard of. And we are trying to get better - that means learning from previous mistakes and trying some new things.


Note: I have no concerns with GMs who left on good terms returning, Tony, Shiv, etc are more than welcome back - awesome contributors with no real risk or downside. Both of these two GMs in specific were trend setters in the way they managed.
