Wings definitely played well enough to win...kept the Preds power play scoreless and scored two PP goals of their own. The difference last night was Rinne in the third and the Preds got lucky bounces on their first two goals. The officiating was crazy...way too many penalties called but they called them both ways. If you were going to tell me Nashville will get 6 power plays, I would've said the Preds would win but that wasn't the reason last night. If the Wings can bring that same effort Friday, they can tie this one up heading to Motown.

so far, in the games that I have watched. Yah, the officiating has been pretty bad.

HUGE blown call in the philly game. Briere wasn't even close to being onside for his first goal. Funny thing is, during the replay you can see the linesman is about to blow his whistle for an offside (brings his hand up to his mouth) and then he suddenly decided against it. He was like a foot and a half offside too. Just a brutal, brutal call.

I agree man. WAY too many penalties. Rinne made some big saves. Nashville was out-shot 37-26, but I don't think the game played out like that. It didn't feel like the Preds were extremely outplayed or anything.

If tonight is anything like last night, this is going to be an awesome playoffs.

Stl/SJs looks like it is going to be a very hard hitting series.

Major hate building up in the matchups and lots of OT action...this couldn't be off to a better start.
