No it doesn't. Not a high stick in play above crossbar, in play the measure is players shoulders. Only for goal is it crossbar.
Regarding video - nope not that one. The one I'm speaking of is seriously 90% the same as granlund's. With speed, no bend the blade pickup with man chasing. He may have been the opposite hand, which is why I low-balled @ 90%, also as I previously said, not versus same level of competition.
