Sure, Arian paid a premium here but he got, imo, a top 25 fantasy player in Dubinsky.. he literally does everything and very well. You pay up for those players.. especially when they're still young. How this is "crazy" baffles me. If I were a mid tiered team looking to improve, I'd pay this in a heartbeat!

i dont have a first next year and yeah i don't ever overpay but i really like dubinsky and he's only going to improve. Probably won't see me overpay for anyone again for a long time though.

meh, i know i gave up a lot but i got a 24 year old fantasy stud in return. 24 Goals, 30 Assists, 54 Points, 459 FOW, 141 Hits, 100 PIM, 161.58 SHTOI and only 24. I can safely say backlund and gagner will never even be close to his periphery numbers.

That for sure is a guarantee.

Backlund and Gagner will never touch belanger's periph numbers it doesn't mean trading those guys for him is a smart decision.

Thankfully it isn't your league either and your opinion and what you want doesn't mean any more then anyone else. Have you even talked to Arian about this? He bugged me for Dubinsky, over and over again. I said my price, he kept saying no because really, I had absolutely no reason to move Dubinsky and would only for the deal I liked. Just because a few of you guys think it's a bad deal for Arian doesn't mean it is. "Overpaying" for a stud is how you acquire them. 2/3 of these pieces would not of gotten Dubinsky from me.. but Arian really wanted him. I don't know what your problem is. Oh wait, yes I do.. and so does the rest of the league.. I'll tell you on msn what it is if you don't get it.
