I think that was a mistake. I only post if changes are made. And I am pretty sure that is the rule. Why would you post the same thing every week if there were no changes? just so it can be buried. I still think we should have a stickied thread where every team makes one post and edits it throughout the year if there is changes to there pressbox players. Or even there active roster at any given time. 1 Post by every team, one thread stickied. Very easy. All the same format.

Do you guys not agree that we need to have some sort of rules and standardization with regards to team lineups and cap/roster management. Pick some teams randomly and look at the team pages and see if you notice any errors on salaries, IR salary's not being included/excluded, waiver eligible players in the minors, no updates relevant to current week while changes were made on CBS, pressbox players, etc. You can understand from an admin point of view that this could get out of hand fast and it is starting too. We aren't some public yahoo league. It is an honor and privilege to be in this league and the GMs in here are in here for a reason.
CBS has faults, it is known. BBKL the site is the main location to keep all our records. Pride and organization in detail should be a given, not a request. It is not difficult. People seem to think it takes all this time. I would really like to verify that everyone knows how to use a spreadsheet not if not please ask as there are other options. You dont need to be good at math. simple mistakes can and will happen to us all, but not updating your roster while making changes on CBS is against the rules. Some GMs go overboard which is awesome but not necessary. Some of the basic rules that are necessary in this league are not being followed and we need everyone who has been slack to get fixed asap. Nobody wants to be handing out warnings for stupid reasons. if you notice something on another team, help a fellow GM out asap to get them up to par.
I am not saying this because the CC said too, this is just my opinion and I dont want anyone to take offense. I love the group we have now and want everyone to be treated equal. Please understand what I am trying to relay...I hate sounding old

Lets try and keep some jokes out of this...
I've not been cleared to give names or particulars, but we are not baby sitters and we require more dilengence then 20% of the league is giving. Check your shit, get it in line, and keep an accurate cap + active lineup in the transaction thread.
Currently I've defended a BUNCH of you from getting warnings, saying that the # of people with mistakes is a sign of a communication error, but after a league wide message is sent, and a very clear notice of concern... even the lenient CC + admins will have their hands tied to give formal warnings (which can lead to removal).
