I created a Voracek/McBain sig for Frank because he said both were untouchable - THROW THE BOOK AT HIM!!!

I 100000% agree with Neel here. He's said it all, so this can be a short post.

Before I get crucified for upholding the rules please put your pitchforks away: even if Frank traded for Blake he'd still be well under the cap.

Not with Mitchell MacDonald and Streit.

Including Mitchell and Streit (ans Sweatt in lieu of MacDonald, makes much more):

spent: 41.520
floor: 43.400
under: 5.88 mil without Blake, 1.88 mil even with him

he didn't dress them though and that he is 100% accountable for. I like frank, even tried to help him out cap wise before but nothing worked out. I also want him in this league 100%, I am just stating facts

I believe Kyle posted roster moves on the BBKL before doing them on CBS.
This wasn't posted on BBKL until after roster lock either.
No, I made all my roster moves at 3:30 that day, recorded them on BBKL, made changes on CBS but forgot to hit submit. They were added later that night. I never had an exception made for transactions that were made POST roster lock.

Yeah my meaning was that this deal (blake) wasn't posted on either before the lock.

Boys all feelings aside, we have a goal to provide objectivity in this league and are trying to eliminate as much subjectivity as we can. Team management and cap management is e equivalent of grade 1 in a 12 grade school. Being under or over the cap is not permitted whether it is Frank, Kareem, Mike, myself, bob, joe sally...etc...Rules are rules. Why is it such a challenge to use an excel spreadsheet and plan moves ahead of time and verify that your roster will comply with all league rules, post any transactions? This issue should not even be a topic with this group of gm's. Why is this happening?

btw: definition of irony, my grade 1 to 12 reference after reviewing my awesome spelling/typing :) Oh i know it it...

I m really sorry about this hole story but got home and got a bug deal and can t believe it that i made 2 big mistake. I was doing my line but post it too lateand can t believe then went to play poker to cool off since i didn t want to say something I would regret.

I feel I made this team into something real special. But now cause of me my team will suffer. I say you now have 3 option wich are »Fired me,give me a lesser punishment or give me the hole punishmnet and I m pretty much all did this for nothing. I want to stay in and I don t want to have favor but this is what s the best thing for the league. If you feel the best thing is to make my team suffer then so be it.

I just feel punishing me ain't the best thing for the league.

The reason why I had only 5 D was cause I just traded McBain and never had the chance to do my line up since i figure i was under the cap. So the domino went from there and then when I fix it it was too late. II allways make my line up in time and came back from work at 16h and made the deal, But it took soo much to figure out the detail. My main goal is to improve my team and not to make them suffer.

Personally I liked Shep's line... it's all the rage in academia.

Frank I like what you have posted, and as you know there is an ongoing discussion in the CC. You are also aware that mistakes have been made, the best for the BBKL is the focus here, and we'll keep you up to date.

Bonne chance Franc, j'espère que vous finissez prouver votre engagement.

Thx man, I need to take this seriously. If I don't then there shouldn't be a vote. So I just hope everyone vote for what s best for my team and not for me. And please don't let your hater make the vote since I believe that part doesn't have a part in a hockey pool. I am very sorry and feel I need to proove my self all over again.
