just got an e-mail from CBS saying the league has been udpated (updates complete i would guess..), but i do not notice anything new/better from last time i checked.

Whatever changes they did make, my work computer hates it. Takes me 5 minutes to load any cbs page now-a-days....its really frustrating, especially when scouring teams for trades or updating salaries.

Nah nothings changed expect for this supposed cbs update. Before the changes it ran amazing on the work comp. Since that exact day though its slowed down considerably.
