Bogosian WOULD be considered equal to a "lottery pick" since he was a 4th overall himself
However as an active player now, his value isn't as high as the picks (thats the way bbkl is - and you know this), and especially bogo not being a stud he should be, it's hard to move him for what's perceived to be his proper value to your eyes
