In terms of meeting GGP, we've always been subjective if the team tries to go out of their way to meet minimums and just gets crushed by injuries or horrible bad luck.

For instance if somebody had Harding/Backstrom (but no Kuemper) and were at risk, than they went and got Miller or something, we'd look into that if they missed minimums. (unless we changed the subjectiveness of this policy).

I'm not sure if you're trolling but I think the option of having our trade deadline at the end of week 21 needs to be seriously discussed.
I was being serious. If we have a deadline 1 or 2 weeks before our season ends, what's the point? By that time there are likely only 1 or 2 teams fighting for a playoff spot, most of the top teams are already set, and injuries happen regardless of when the deadline is.

I understand the NHL trade deadline being an issue, but that's a risk people have to be willing to take. I acquired the Wild goalies at our deadline knowing full-well Harding is out for now and could see Miller traded there. It's a risk I was willing to take to shed cap moving forward and allow me to get Kessel into my lineup.

We've been trying to find the best solution for goalie injuries post-deadline. That has yet to be decided on.

Having out deadline before the NHL deadline isn't horrible, it's just goalies that are at risk to destroy a BBKL team.
So I agree with most of this.

What do you think about KyleBOS' solution of having a goalie trade exemption rule?

we've tried to shape one, too many flaws to be ready. I feel like credit should be given where it is due, Mik has been the leader on that charge since 2012.
