hahaha...Yea well I am telling you, If a panic attack prevents happening what happened to me its worth it...lol It wont happen though if you drink alot of water. I was eating too much salty food and not drinking enough water over the weekend and that is mainly the reason....oh and half a bottle of peanuts. just relax...lol

Happened to me today ... at work! Felt like I crapped a cantaloupe and it got stuck half way out ... pushed like I never pushed before. I saw blood on the TP afterwards ... owie. Picked up an ass load of Fiber One bars on the way home.
