I don't mess around with a player like Spezza. Paul wants to fuck around, that's that. He can continue his search for the next David Legwand to bring onto his revolving door of replacement players with his wingers instead.

spezza for sharp and purcell is definitely a lowball for a team like paul. IMO that doesn't even fit his needs.

ur response is so distasteful every time im almost afraid to say no even if ur offer is horrible some days. Maybe that is eactly ur strategy.

I'd trade Sharp + Purcell for Spezza in a heart-beat, how anyone can say no to that, especially with the shortage of elite centers, is absolutely beyond me. Is there anything on my team that fits that mould Shiv, perhaps Pominville + ?
