Jannik Hansen is a real winner. Way to make it about yourself. I have to give credit to Kesler though, he tried to do it all himself. The sisters were fucking invisible. And i agree with you Nick. The majority of those idiots rioting were not true fans. But in the moment at such a shitty time it is not hard for mob mentality to set in. fans or not....

Hansen completely melted down in that game...that entire team practically went in the tank last night. I'm glad there wasn't more ugliness in the game considering the score.

Vancouver is an epic city, best I know of in Canada. Some silly people making stupid decisions; doesn't represent the city.

Well walkin home was too close and got pepper sprayed (like can spray in area) saw people getting hit by rioters and cops... It was not cool, straight up pathetic and I'm embarrassed for Vancouver... Better city then this - I question the decision making of my friends wanting to go out still... Putting yourself in bad situations is just... Well w/e.

Detroit had the rep for a while of being a riot town. Well, mostly because of the race riots and the devils' night fires. Thankfully, they've become more civil over the years. I don't recall any monkey business after any of the Wings recent cup wins (or losses). East Lansing has a really bad rep for rioting after Spartans losses. There are always some overly-hormonal drunk apes that like to set a couch on fire because they have no other way to display joy or anger.

Trust me, I feel for ya...you want to stuff you face into the palm of your hand but smart people know that not all of Vancouver or all Canuck fans are violent meat heads.

As they say, fan is short for fanatic...a fanbase contains varying degrees of followers. Rioting fan is someone that likes the team enough to get emotional involved but has no sense of self control or firm grip of reality or priorities and feel burning a car is a sign of showing their support or is just an uncivilized dirt bag. Rioting fan is one level beyond drunk fan...likes their team but also is a raging alcoholic and looks for any reason to get blind drunk and make a fool of themselves but not to the point of looting department stores or setting trucks on fire.

Not winning the cup in game 6 or 7 totally sucks beyond beleif, something you leaf fans haven't been alive for to experience.

The Canucks had an amazing year; best in the league at alot of categories, winning the west and back to back scoring leaders.

I'm proud to be a Canucks fan, I'm not proud of what those "Canuck fans" did last night.

Back to the series, I knew coming into it we would lose not to the bruins but to Tim Thomas. The guy is a wall this year. Bruins defense didn't shut us down, 30+ shots a game. Too bad the Sedins decided to only show up against SJS, and I wish Lou could play clutch in clutch situations.

Overall I'm dissapointed in the playoffs, relieved it's over and proud of the excellent season of hockey I got to watch.
