Won 2 hockey H2Hs with a lineup that put up 48 and my other put up 17 and lost twice and I got killed in NBA. Went from being up $11 to right back down to my original $25, just doing this for fun and don't expect to win much. I'll be surprised if I have any money left by December.

Still prefer the big tournies myself. More fun imo.
Also for whatver reason that's where I've been making all my bank. I've cashed like 7 times or so and every time its been in one of the huge tournies minus one time I cashed out of 250.
Still up 70 $ on my initial 50..

I absolutely HATE (especially in my NFL ones) when I am in a double-up and my lineup goes right off that would have been a Top 10 finish in a tourney.
I like to wager $25-$30 a night. That consists of $10 in $2 tournies, than 3-4 $5 double or triple ups.
I like in the NFL ones, they have Quintuple ups. Those are my favourite. You have decent odds to cash and you still get a solid payout.
BTW Matt, I've read on a couple sites that basketball is by far the hardest in these things, because you literally need every player to go off to win. Maybe it's different in the H2H or 50/50, but I've read that basketball daily games are the toughest.

Baskeball is certainly very difficult. I usually only do the bball freeroll that would win top 10 sunday bomb tickets. I'm never near the top 500-1000 (of like 6k +) let alone top 10 hahaha

The knowledge of players playing NBA definitely seems higher than the NHL guys. I just play the $2 and $5 50/50s and should probably give up since I'm having more success with NHL. The NBA guys always seem to find some nobody for $3500 that is starting due to injuries that goes off for 20+fpts. More scouting and knowledge needs to go into NBA to find those cheap players that are going to contribute that night.

Checked my account and ya I suck at NBA.
Made money in:
13 of 21 NHL entries
5 of 17 NBA
3 of 3 NFL

I think I'm going to try to do more Double Ups as opposed to tournies and try and grind up the bankroll.
As I said, I typically wager $20-$30 per night and usually win my double ups and lose the tournies, the odd $10-$40 cash in tournies, which I then blow on more tournies.
Being disiplined tonight. 4 $5 double ups in NHL and that's it.
90% of my players are from Toronto, Colorado and Anaheim as they all have 3.2+ GFPA and face teams with 2.8+ GAPG which are great matchups for offense. Also sprinkled a couple Jets players in just so I have some vested interest into that game.
If this works, than I'll likely grind it out and try and make some coin.

hey, maybe ill go cheap on my goalie tonight and load up offensively. ill take hutton. winnipeg has trouble scoring and nsh is pretty strong defensively. seems like a good call...my forwards will be stacked!
5 mins into game...3-0 WPG and hutton pulled.

Hope you took Getzlaf, I'm at 44 with 5 players and a goalie still playing. I only entered the $1 1K tourny, wish I entered more.
