Wow. This could have gone in a lot of different directions, but I never imagined firing all the assistants and extending Carlyle would be the solution.

Not sure what to think of this...I guess Randy will now have a chance to bring in his own guys. This move leads me to believe that management believes this is a player problem not a coaching. Starting this season I guess it also shows a no more excuses attitude from the top. Time for everybody to step up and take accountably for there actions, NO MORE EXCUSES.
