Leafs would need an extra 5.1M in cap space to make that deal.
If they want Clarkson involved in a Kesler deal that could work haha.

I don't think the Kadri for Kesler decision is as easy as some Leaf fans are making it out to be. I'm not sure if I would do it straight up to be honest. Kesler's health, the age gap, Kadri at a friendly cap hit for one more year + how much more room he has to grow. It's not an easy decision.

ya fuck kesler, i hate the cock sucker. Even though he's a good player i dont want that toxic attitude any place near Toronto.
On the flip side, nonis said this morning that they wouldn't not trade Bolland and they would let his contract situation play out like Bozaks. Would let it go past July 1st if needed to and risk losing him if the money didnt make sense.

he's different...and having a better season, but better? Their career # are very similar.
I'm not even a Kesler fan (at least I didn't think i was)... but, he's a pretty awesome player.
