I read an article today about the KHL and Olympics.

the writer thought team Canada should have put some KHL (canadian players) on team Canada because they are use to the ice surface, russian style, and cold temps.

i mean who would we take? colby freakin armstrong and Woljet Wolski

Used to the cold temps? Sochi is one of the warmest cities in Russia. It was 12 degrees Celsius today.

not really , and the khl is the 2nd best league, for that matter . but what's more relevant, khl is a lower scoring league, very hard to find players who succeeded in the NHL and who had better numbers in KHL. In the khl game Mc and Biss could only play the goon role, unlike Leo .

who has succeeded in the NHL, left on their own accord, and failed in the KHL ?

Being the 2nd best league in the world isnt saying that much when probably 90% of the worlds best play in the NHL.

i could say Evander Kane was abysmal in his short stay in the KHL (the reason why it was short was him sucking donkey balls), but that's not the point..

it's just it's even harder to get the points on most KHL teams, it's a more defensive/tactical type of game, a game where Mc & Biss lack of talent would be even more exposed, whereas Komarov was good enough to contribute offensively.

Some of you really took my comment to heart. It was clearly an over-exaggeration.
