Any of you guys make the playoffs? Got any choices to make?
I magically squeaked in from Josh McCowns Monday night performance.
So i pose some questions:
QB - I got cutler, McCown and Rodgers. Looks like Rodgers may be done so I guess ill be rolling with Chi.
TE - I lost gronk, picked up Pitta to start but Delanie Walker is sitting on FA???
WR - starting Decker and A. Johnson
RB - Murray, Andre Brown. 3rd spot is between Chris Johnson or Zac Stacy
Kicker - Hauschka
DST - I have NE and TEN but have zero faith in both. top DEF available on FA: TB, NO, JAX, CLE?????
Any advice would be great. Love to take out top seeded team.

Start Jacksonville D. Don't let the perception of their shittiness scare you. They've been great on D and have a juicy matchup vs. Buffalo this week.
I'd go Stacy. Arizona has one of the best run defences in the league.
Walker has a great TE matchup, but Pitta is definitely the 2nd best option on the Ravens offence. Whereas Walker has Washington, Wright, Hunter and Johnson to fight with for targets (even though Arizona is dead last in the NFL vs. TE's).
For reference: I'm starting Stacy in my league over Bush and Rice
I'm starting whichever CHI QB goes (my other QB is RG3, so easy decision).

BTW, go with Delanie Walker at TE. #1 TE Matchup.

I'm in two pay leagues this year...starting the playoffs this week (Week 17 finals, boo!) where I was the regular season champ. I'm in another league where I'm in the consolation playoffs where you can still win some cash if you win out.
The Lions defend TEs quite well...Levy is probably going to make the Pro Bowl because of his pass defense. Where the Lions secondary gets shredded is with the deep ball. So yeah, Pitta might not be the best start.
As for the CHI QBs vs. Rodgers debate...if Rodgers is starting, the Dallas defense is terrible. McCown lit them up on Monday...Rodgers has been itching to return and they're within striking distance of the division title. If he plays...I can't see anyone wanting to sit him.
Definitely go with Zac Stacy over CJ2K...Shonn Greene scored twice for them last week. Johnson might still get yards but the TDs haven't been there.

Ok, thx for the advice fellas. I grabbed Walker. Put in Stacy over CJ2K. Now need to decide which defense, NO or JAX...

Both defences sound reasonable. Go with your gut.
I know it's crazy to think that you might use the JAGS defence in the fantasy playoffs.
WEEK 15 CANDIDATES
Jacksonville (vs Buffalo)
EJ Manuel is playing badly, the Jaguars are playing with a ton of fight, winning four of their last five, and their defense is coming on. The Jaguars have three sacks in three of the last four games, and they have multiple takeaways in each of the last two. The Bucs were a big hit against the Bills last week, let’s see if the Jags can make it two in a row.

I might just roll with JAX. I squeeked into to playoffs facing number one seed so why the hell not. Lost my top TE in Gronk. Only got 3 of my original drafted team anyway..lol

McCoy put on some show last week, not sure if you watched the game but it was one of the best i've ever seen out of him.

Why did Decker fuck me? Now Alonso tweaked his knee. Rodgers doesnt have a clue what hes doing. My fantasy season is probably at the end of the road. grr...

Oh and btw....Why is NFL fantasy so exhilarating compared to hockey? With a wife and kid, my dream day consists of sitting on my ass watching football, drinking, smoking and eating. I know that is the norm for SuperBowl but i would like to do it every Sunday.

Because 95% of it happens in one day.

Just wanted to say thx for all the advice given in this thread. Unfortunately my season is over. A. Johnson, E. Decker, A. Brown all royally fucked me at the wrong time....

My apologies if you went with Jags D. Woops. However, those 3 you mentioned were shit this week.
I'm off to the finals in 2 of my 3 money leagues. Wish me luck!

NICE!!!
I was fine with the 16 points from JAX D. Good luck! I'm jealous. I HATE losing.
