Lame, Richards & Giroux vs Hiller & Fowler tomorrow... lame cheering for a cold game by Mikey & Claude... especially given how slow they've been for me (aside from tonight, Mike went super-star h2h monster tonight).
However my week rests on Hiller not getting shelled, and FML if they put Curtis in...

Cannot say I truly expected 9-4-3 vs Boston
; but I'm emotionally prepared to fall flat on my face vs Chuck and his
habitants.

You walked all over me. Even if i won the peripheries you would have still destroyed me with goaltending and insane offense. That, combined with my team shitting the bed, led to a great week for TBL. Congrats Nick. Your team was very impressive and deserving of a big victory.

i guess i should have written here:
kyuss wroteCOLONSo.. Toews comes back earlier than expected, Doughty hits his skate and Jonathan gets credited with the GWG.
Meanwhile, after Erat, Slater, Martinek, Scandella and Backstrom, Zubrus goes down to injury as well. Marian keeps playing on a sore groin.
Just great. It really looks like i'll have no fun this week.
oh, and lmao at the "ignore" thing.
btw, since this week you're lifting the embargo, i'll take the opportunity to propose you Schlemko for Toews straight up!

Oh man, how can I say no to that one? Let me counter with a 7th rounder for Mikko Koivu?

Well shiv, you can start padding your stats with me this upcoming week. I have no depth and am dealing with some cold play and major injuries. I will be lucky to go 500 for the remainder of the season and hope that Getzlaf and Callahan are both back in time for playoffs. I get PIT, LA, ANH, TOR, MTL....Shitty schedule for my team along with some shitty play combined with some unexpected injuries = hoping for 500 hockey to finish season.

It would be incredible if somehow Buffalo surpassed you in the standings, or I was able to make up the 30ish points between us, but I will settle for making up ground on either you or Shiv this week.

Everyone in the NE has a shitty end to the season. Were the only division where every team has a minimum of 200pts. By far the deepest division and we all get to play each other again! Final NE standings should be interesting by the time the last game between us is played!

You better stack up on talent...You have a good enough roster, and enough picks/prospects to build a serious team between now and trade deadline. Trust me when I say you are far better off dealing the futures for help now, that is young. The beauty about players that perform now is that they help you now, and can be dealt for futures at the end of the season.

Finding new ways to lose games..
Backstrom didn't play a minute once again, Martinek was back but no one mentioned it (hence was not activated).. but to lose the decisive SHTOI stat by a 0.3 margin it took Scandella to get hit by a puck in the ear so that he missed Sunday's game in favour of Barker (healthy scratch otherwise), who registered the needed 1.02 SHTOI for Anaheim.
lol, talk about a tough season!

Why would Girardi do anything in a 7-0 win?
