I don't think there's an actual rule...probably is the judgment of who is keeping the stats for the game. It's not like everyone judges hits the exact same way.

I used to be a statistician for a junior hockey team.
I was taught it was clear winner of the 2 players facing off. If it was a scramble draw it was awarded to team taking possession.

All division winners except Hong out in the 1st round.
Probable that all 2nd place in division's except bruyns out by the 2nd round.
Final 4 likely to be a 1st-4th in each of their divisions:
Hong - 1st
Bruyns - 2nd
Fraser - 3rd
Nick - 4th

With Giro & Beau left to play for Tony, I still worry that hits and STPTS are in danger
Some comfort would exist if G/Kane/Clifford/Beulieu/Englland could make a move on assists and blocks, a gwg would be nice.

MIN-NSH: Matchup has been as good as I expected. There seems to be fewer toss-up categories in this matchup than Islanders-Lightning.
actually, at least 7 cats are up for grabs today:
G, SOG, GWG, FOW, TOISH, GAA & SV% (when you consider the players going today, SHTOI and FOW look almost as even as the other ones).
And that's not counting Wins that are currently tied, only because I'll exceed the limit and Hong will take those by default: somehow Mason is penciled to start again today, in fact.
I see Hong stopped talking.. probably needed to take some distance to avoid a heart attack the way this matchup is going lol
it's going to be a long day, it feels like perhaps the most critical one since I've been part of this league.
It kills me that yesterday Kuz+Zucc+Josi+Arvidsson combined for only 2 SOG overall and Haula+Eller for only 5 FOW... hopefully I'll still able to win at least one of those 2 stats.
hahah i stopped talking coz im not at work.. in weekend i try to stay away from the computer.. im gonna bullshit today

you should have FOW in the bags as you have karlsson, turris starting for you while lindholm doesn't take draws for me
