If you're upset because this will make things easier on Shiv, I didn't dress McDonald this week.
As much as I want you to beat Shiv, that isn't the reason, this injuy further weakens the Blues, which in turn weakens Halak.

Martinek just took Chara shot from point in wrist area. Dropped like a sac of potatoes. Left immediately with arm in air. Looked either broken or immediate swelling.

wow. They must have pumped him with something crazy. Just shows that you never know. Sometimes it looks real bad and other times, it doesn't. The results can always differ.

News: Erhoff did not practice Friday and is very doubtful for Saturday's game against Tampa Bay, TSN.ca reports. Ehrhoff took a puck to the ear in Wednesday's game against Anaheim.
Analysis: The team is listing Ehrhoff as day-to-day for now, but also fears it might be a concussion. The Canucks play both Saturday and Sunday, so Ehrhoff seems iffy for the weekend
