I don't know about that..it's hard to say without knowing what else we could get for Kaberle.

I would take a deal along the lines of Kabs for Kassian and buffalo 1st next year.

I think it is fair value if we were to throw in a 3rd round pick somewhere to buffalo for like 2011 or something.

Buffalo wont do that if you know darcy regier he wont trade two first round picks for a guy with one year left on his contract and he may not be a star but he is young and has what the sabres are looking for in a forward and yes kaberle has what the sabres need on the PP but this is what I mean you guys arent getting 1st round picks for Kaberle. Teams are scared to invest in a guy they might have only one year because he can walk away at that point on them.

Like I have said rumors I have heard cenetered around Ryan Malone and Marc Savard.

both of whom are better then a 1st topher.


and really, this trade will be made with a team that's been allowed to 'check' if kaberle will sign an extension with them... or the wings who want another cup.
