Hey not sure whats going on, but is Fedoryuk is free for the pickings, I would like to make a claim for him..

Edit** Fedoryuk is under contract...Hale, Meech, Pelley look to be UFA

first of all the waiver draft started early it was dated for 12 pm est, secondly as already stated hale, meech and pelley are ufa's so i believe they are eligible to be waived anytime i choose to do so because of their contractual status... i can keep fedroyuk for now but the other three look to be eligible to be dropped

i guess being RFA or UFA doesn't make any difference? (Meech is a RFA i believe)

How do off-season waiver claims work? Are they a first come, first serve basis? Or are they based on last year's standings?

first come, first serve. it'll be last years standings for waiver claiming
