I don't have any say in the matter, but...If you want the Capitals, and I want you to have the Capitals, and the league wants a skilled manager to take over the Capitals, than it would seem to me like you would be the next manager of the Washington Capitals.

Anyways, I hope you do come back, you are an awesome manager, and even better person, your presence was greatly missed, NH.
