Glennie is a nice prospect but it's another nice piece added to the Coyotes today...they're on the up.

glennie a recent #8 selection and tatar, perhaps the #1 prospect in the wings organization.... cap relief and potential....

Re: COL/PHX
im pretty certain bry is well under the cap even without this deal. and the argument of potential he got in return doesnt fit here. hes got a team that can do some damage next year. why trade for prospects who wont help nearly as much as booth next season? it doesnt make sense.facey wroteCOLONSuperMario wroteCOLONagreed. i still dont get why bry did it. and i consider him to be an elite gm as well.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONAbsolutely wonderful job this week Matt...This is how the ELITE GM's do it, everyone else take note.

another little blow to the head and Booth could have trouble helping himself, let alone bry..SuperMario wroteCOLON im pretty certain bry is well under the cap even without this deal. and the argument of potential he got in return doesnt fit here. hes got a team that can do some damage next year. why trade for prospects who wont help nearly as much as booth next season? it doesnt make sense.
Re: COL/PHX
I have no problem with this deal.
Solid deal for both teams. Booth could die any moment, no big deal.

It's a great deal for both parties, I was referring to all of Matt's move this week, as opposed to just this one...
Re: COL/PHX
Mashley has a nice set of forwards no doubt and I love that he makes strategic trades. That's how you get it done boys! People wonder how the good teams get good, well..

i know there are some frank-haters on this forum but imo he's one of the few gms i've seen (like mashley) take on a team like the stars and try to turn it around inch by inch without losing hope and being active at the same time. and his team when he took over was terrible compared to now.

Yeah it's pretty miraculous.SuperMario wroteCOLONi know there are some frank-haters on this forum but imo he's one of the few gms i've seen (like mashley) take on a team like the stars and try to turn it around inch by inch without losing hope and being active at the same time. and his team when he took over was terrible compared to now.

Re: COL/PHX
to turn around teams like that you need to make a lot of trades and make small gains each week like mashley and frank have been doing. lol theres some hope for tampa and columbus.Snipeshow wroteCOLONYeah it's pretty miraculous.SuperMario wroteCOLONi know there are some frank-haters on this forum but imo he's one of the few gms i've seen (like mashley) take on a team like the stars and try to turn it around inch by inch without losing hope and being active at the same time. and his team when he took over was terrible compared to now.
