Regarding Limbo Teams

I think there should be an communal effort to ice the best possible team when a GM is fired/quits.

Would it be possible for an admin to push MIlan Michalek of the Calgary Flames into the active roster for this week? There should be no reason for him to be on reserves.

He better not. He doesn't deserve it. I've been in quite a few leagues over the years. This is the first year I've been a part of a hockey keeper league, and I'm in two. Frank is easily the most disjointed, disorienting, and disorganized GM I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.
