At the start of the season, any player who is waiver eligible:
Any player who is over 21 years of age & has played in more then 150 games needs to clear waivers (up or down). Any goalie who is over 22 years of age, and has played in more then 75 games needs to clear waivers. Any player over 28 must clear waivers. Waiver eligibilities are retroactive to the beginning of the season. Anyone who was waived or in the free agent pool before October 5th may be freely claimed.
must clear to be placed in minors, you may not start a vetran in the minors without first clearing waivers.
Just wanted to point that out, so everyone is aware of that and can make the needed changes to their teams before the start of the season to avoid losing any players to waivers.
Waiver notice.

Re: Waiver notice.
Another probably stupid question. I don't have any players in the minors who have played more than 150 so I'm good, but If I did, and at the start of the season the player cleared waivers, he is than safe down there, as long as I don't recall him.
At the end of the season can I call him up without being snagged on waivers?
