Windows 7 Tech help

Post by armandtanzarian »

Ok, i can do anything in XP. Just got Win 7 for first time. Bought it used and i think the last owner improperly deleted user accounts. There is one admin account and every time i go and try and create new accounts, then restart i get this error:

The user profile service service failed to load logging off.

When i got to C:/users there is no folders created for the new accounts i have created.

Yea , i got it. Been through all those possible solutions. the problem was two files in the hidden default directory under users were failing to be copied over to create new profiles when first logging in. I had to modify the security of these two files and add everyone to the users group. It was two files created by windows live. All is good now.

Yeah, in Windows there is always a universal Admin account which you can not delete however you can disable it....if need be you can enable it through command prompt. PM if you need any further help man.

PS - NEW COMPUTER = FRESH INSTALL (no matter what) lol.
