Frank, we do not doubt your trade ability, however there are concerns about your paper trail and organization consistency ... There's actually another current example of issues stemming from your tenure in Dallas ( no fault yet though).

You are doing very well in columbus, your energy and persistence combined with Bry's thoughtful decision making and calm organized approach is working well.
