he's got no collar on, but the hair around his neck is matted down as if he's been wearing one recently. the people across the street just moved out, i have a feeling they couldn't take him along with them and just took his collar off and left him.

That's kinda sad. I told my girlfriend this story over the phone right now and she thinks you should keep the cat if these are the circumstances. She's pretty upset about it.. Don't listen to her lol. Do you really want cat litter in your house? not to mention any diseases it may have. Just call animal control or w/e.

Completely OT, but I find myself continually surprised by the degree to which people discuss the activities on this board, and others, outside of their computer. There is nothing wrong with it, and I am certainly not pointing the finger at anyone in particular, I just find it interesting; I can honestly say the topic of BBKL or HF has never come up in a real life conversation for me, nor have I felt to the desire to bring it up.

Much like yourself Kyle, I imagine the response would be contempt, and/or a complete and utter lack of interest.

With almost 6000 posts in a little over a year on this forum alone, why am I not surprised that you don't have many conversations with people outside of these forums?
