I just like the pieces Hongster landed....the key to the deal is Whitney, if he can stay healthy it's a solid deal all around. If he can't you just gave away 4 nice blocks.

He had shoulder surgery once. Now ankle surgery. He's 27 with 2 injuries.

Great deal for both team. I like this deal more for Minnesota since there getting a great H2H in clarkson and then they get a DD in Klesla and then Simon Despres might be a great 2WD and a 2nd. despite St Louis getting the best PLayer of the deal, Minnesota got a great package. Also Clarkson had a free fall season and for that reason alone Minnesota got him at a cheap price.
