In your OTHER leagues...
I'm sure I'm not the only degenerate that is playing in multiple leagues. So, it's playoff time...how is everyone doing? Other than this league, I'm in 5 other leagues and made the playoffs in every one of them...yes, I'm not entirely clueless in fantasy hockey.
I had matchups this weekend in 4 of the leagues and took the collar...out of each league after the first round.
In the other league, I finished 2nd out of 14 teams and had a bye this past week...I'm in action this week. I think I've got a pretty good shot at winning this one.

Re: In your OTHER leagues...
Last year in my money leagues I finished 1st (20 team Roto - $50 entry), 1st (12 team H2H - $20 entry), 1st (13 team Points Only - keep 9 - $60 entry), 2nd (18 team points only - $40 entry). That was $1200 in payouts. Ship it.
This year I'm only in 3 others. I'm in 2nd in the 20 team roto, 3rd in the 13 team keeper and in the semi finals in the 12 team H2H.
Better to win in money leagues

Yeah, that's the only reason why I didn't sign up for the baseball pool, I asked a couple of weeks before and there wasn't any interest, so I signed up for a public league. Handling 4 yahoo teams is exceptionally boring and I lose interest in a month... Hopefully one team will make it better.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONI only participate in one league at a time.
Re: In your OTHER leagues...
Ask Shiv how i'm doing in the BBKl yahoo one he set up?
also maybe ask about how i was going to regret drafting Ryan Callahan in a yahoo pool?
In my other one, which is H2H 12 man keeper that Steve is in(who lost) I tied my brother 6-6. I moved on because i had more goals..lol
And finally my last roto league I am 1.5 points ahead of 2nd in first place.

Re: In your OTHER leagues...
I'm only in another league (and last season it was the only one i made), 2 leagues at a time has been the max i've ever been into.
It's a keeper league but very different from this one, which is why i want to keep both running:
16 teams, active roster made of 25 players, max 50 contracts, hard cap, free agency with open biddings.. this season we have been able to move away from yahoo and manage the whole thing by ourselves.
Hence this is the 1st season in a long time i'm not on yahoo.
I finished 2nd overall the regular season (1st in the East), won easily the first 2 rounds and i'm in the 2 weeks final starting tonight versus seed #5, who crushed seed #1 in the last round. I really doubt he's gonna repeat the upset

Sucks, or we would have met in the final the 3rd time in 5 years.
Re: In your OTHER leagues...
Yea I am pretty much fucked when it comes to GP. But I have close to a 4000 point lead. If you can over take that, all the credit to you. Tim Thomas was the MVP of that points system...SuperMario wroteCOLONyou mean the league where I am about to overtake you for 1st in the next week in because you used up all GP? yeah just wait kyle .mr. bruin wroteCOLONAsk Shiv how i'm doing in the BBKl yahoo one he set up?

Understood.
What's fun is that there's a variety of leagues ranging from this one where you carry over the entire team from year to year, to another league where you keep guys only to their contract terms with FA auctions to another league where you keep 15 guys to the other two leagues where you keep 4 or 5 guys. I'm more likely to drop out of a league than I am to join another. I'm in leagues of pretty much every flavor...none of them are pay leagues so the stress level isn't so high. I'm in a couple pay baseball leagues and only one pay football league.
