Ya, in the summer time we made a rule stating we couldn't trade waiver picks until it was confirmed we were having a waiver draft

I'm not complaining, i'm just asking....this isn't a big enough trade to really affect the outcome of much....lol

I believe the ruling was cannot trade waiver picks until the season had started... and yes we're having a waiver draft (holding players for it and such already indicates that IMO).
