Is Rossi really the better piece though? Rossi hasn't really taken that next step you would want to see in his 2nd pro season. I think there is a considerable amount of risk on Vegas side hoping Rossi lives up to his draft status.
To be fair to Rossi he lost an entire year of development from myocarditis which is no joke. Could be a very good piece going forward
Edit: I don’t get some of The outrage here. Bouchard looks like a poor man’s Mike green with no periphs. Faber could be a good piece but he’s not cracking that kings lineup any time soon if ever. Probably would have made mik give me a 2nd instead of a 4th but whatever
Personally I never got the hype around him as a top 5 top 10 pick his draft year and he hasn't done anything yet to make it look like a smart pick. He will very likely be a solid piece, but I don't think his best case scenario is much if at all better than what Bouchard is now.
