Id say the difference in our standings comes down to two factors: Your goaltending is significantly better, and you've gotten 32 skater GP more than my team.

You will need to stop dressing two goalies since you're on pace to go over goalie gp.

Good question… I mean if you went on a mental health leave I think you can LTIR right? Don’t see why bereavement or whatever the family reason is would preclude that… but I actually don’t know the legit answer. Have we had this before?

Neither Gurianov or Kylington are specific about the family reason. It appears they go onto non-roster IR in the NHL. Which I assume opens up a roster spot but doesn't save the team extra cap space. Does anyone know?

ooops sorry i put them in IR not LTIR.. i only meant they are long term.. so i put the term LTIR but i actually put them on IR like NHL did but didn't took any cap benefits.

kylington had specified it was a sick family member.. but i guess this would be a good discussion if someone with a significant cap goes on IR for long term for your team..

Let’s be real. He’s done it at a time when goalies can actually make saves. Gretzky played In a joke of an era. What ovechkin is doing is other worldly and already more impressive than what Gretzky ever did with goal scoring. This fucking guy did it with Covid shortened seasons and lockouts too…absolutely wild
