Gg, I should've kept my original lineup with Mcleod/Appleton in - that would've given me the slight edge needed with goals - too much tinkering, should just go with your best lineup sometimesShep wroteCOLONhopefully I can hold the tie and win by tiebreaker lolBruyns wroteCOLONhigher seedShep wroteCOLONWhat's tiebreaker?

to be fair, before I managed to get this rule implemented you'd have lost all your goalies stats. Iirc I was once ousted from the playoffs because of that.Florida Chris wroteCOLONFML, read the rule as if you had 2 starters....Where as I clearly have a starter and a backup...Lol, I would of easily benched Driedger as he has been a pile of steamy shit this year. But thats how my luck goes, the one time I may of beat Buffalo I go and read the rules wrong..
good matchup Loki! really tight!Loki wroteCOLONGg Thom, those early games sunk me in the end, was a close one until today
just W and SO (enough to lose and let bruyns advance):Florida Chris wroteCOLONSorry, I'm confused. Do I lose all G cats or just W and my SO
4-5-2 : No team can exceed four (4) goalie starts in a playoff matchup. If a team exceeds the playoff 4-goalie-starts per week limit, all Wins recorded by its goalies will be erased. Furthermore, eventual shutouts recorded by the goalie with less starts will be erased as well (all shutouts recorded will be erased if the goalies have the same number of starts; in that scenario exceeding the total of 4 means at least 3 starts each, hence breaking the limit by 2).
that's not the rule, whatever your idea may be.Shoalzie wroteCOLONThe last statement about shutouts doesn't make much sense...at least the way it is written. The idea should be that if you go over 4 starts in a matchup, you lose your counting stats (wins and shutouts).
Correct and the way it is written you only lose the SO's of the goalie with less games which is why I needed Driedger to start.Shoalzie wroteCOLONThe last statement about shutouts doesn't make much sense...at least the way it is written. If Chris was up 9-6-1 and he loses his wins and shutout stats. Matt gets the win category because he had 1 win but the shutouts are tied 0-0. So the result of the matchup 7-7-2 with Matt winning because of the tiebreaker?

I've had some close matches, I know I made a big comeback against Steve in the finals one year when it looked hopeless, but this was probably my luckiest win.

i.e. it's not automatic that you lose "wins and shutouts" from both goalies, only wins are automatically wiped out once you exceed the 4 game starts limit
