TOR Block
Closing the auction for Benn down in here, other players will be made available later once the return for Benn has been finalized.

Bumping for Tyler
Re: TOR Block
why is this an auction? fuck that
if the offers not good enough, it's not being sold at that price

Re: TOR Block
What is he, 12 mil over the cap or some shit?
Re: TOR Block
That's probably closer to the truth, auction because he is forced to move cap. Like it was said no one wants to spend so this way I guess no GMs can complain they would have paid more. I'd suggest a new separate thread since this looks like a block not an auction.Matthew wroteCOLON17m

Re: TOR Block
It's over $17 million...I filled in the sheet a week ago after Mike dropped out. It's a tough ask to do this with not a lot of time before the season. Tyler is inheriting a very talented team that I'm sure he would've done well if he had more of the summer to work with it. He's going to have to be creative.
I'd be interested in Benn but I know I don't have enough to offer.

As can you, if you can add value like that you can always flip it for similar to what you got for Staal at a later date.Da_Hawks wroteCOLONYou can do better than Fisher and a 2ndShoalzie wroteCOLONIt's over $17 million...I filled in the sheet a week ago after Mike dropped out. Re: TOR Block
The only thing I can think of is something wacky like Benn + Barrie for 2021 1st + Burakovsky + Sergachev?
That would save him $10 million in cap space but I can't imagine that's even a fair deal.
My thing is I don't really want to get older and I'm not exactly swimming in cap space. I can maybe max out at $6+ million. I'd probably have throw someone overboard to make that deal work with the cap.
