You've got it backwards. Giroux and Voracek have had resurgent seasons in part because of Couturier. Not the other way around. Couturier did it last year over the final 2 months of the season dragging Schenn+Weise both to ppg paces during that time. Something Giroux+Voracek combined on the same line couldn't do with Schenn.
