mr. bruin wroteCOLONOk, yes, maybe the warnings never got updated fast enough, but Nate knew what was going on. He had one official noted warning. He broke a league rule 2 weeks ago and was warned via PM by Mike to become legal and it was an official warning. He read the pm and did not respond. fine. Then come last week, nothing changed and his roster was in fact illegal again. Therefore he ignored warnings and did not fix his illegal roster. He was on his third strike and eligible for removal discussion. The vote went through and it was supported. There was no personal agendas and rules are rules. Yes I agree that official warnings need to be posted and visible and that was one shortcoming which will not happen again. But Nate knew what was going on and still did not conform.
hey, that's fine, just consider my post as a general consideration then..
then In the future official warnings will updated asap so everyone can be aware or maybe even help that person. In this case it is not like there was a secret agenda. The GM in question had ample opportunity to fix problems an was aware, so to say that there is a fear of removal if something happened is unfounded. Extenuating circumstances will always be considered.
that's good to hear.
i still think that forcing to spread the official warnings over a minimum period of time can only help, as ensures that the CC can not jump the gun.
It didn't happen with Nate (as our perception turned out to be only lack of communication - i.e. missing public official warnings), but that doesn't mean it could not happen with someone else in the future.

As long as the warnings are updated ASAP in the future, otherwise the league is really in the dark and it seems like GMs are just being removed. Nate's case as an example, dolomite being introduced was my first indication that you guys had even had the discussion regarding removal.

As for Frank, can the CC discuss if two warnings can be given simultaneously? I'm just curious as you could easily accrue 3 warnings in one day and be removed the following day? I thought the whole point was you know time to correct your actions etc.

Well to be fair, those 2 warnings on the same day were for 2 different things.

Dressing 5 D and being under the floor. I feel that warrants 2 warnings.
