OH MAN THAT BRINGS ME BACK. In ALL MY YEARS of trading with kids around the neighbourhood, buy pokemon booster packs, I NEVER got my hands on a Charizard.

I still have mine lying around.. i remember when the fake ones were put out... My friends and I were really into them and we each spent a couple hundred on them... We ended up getting a refund and the equivelent amount of real cards that we paid for.

They all sucked, my decks rocked.

Partly because we played with different rules that they didn't understand.

Lucky...Charizard eluded my collection since childhood, I still remember the day my bf (at the time) got a Charazard in a pack I hand picked for him, needless to say we haven't talked much since.

No kidding eh...I had Blastoise and Venasaur too, but I just couldn't land the rarest of them all...


Funny story, me an my idiot friends thought Alakazam was the rarest pokemon card in the game because it was first on the official pokemon trading card list, it wasn't until grade 4 (two years) that we discovered the list was in alphabetical order. I tell this story because I hope someone can relate, and that me and my friends weren't alone in our stupidity.

oh that post was sarcasm but I think you'refooling yourself if you dont think Colborne is making the NHL lol. He'll be on the bruins by next year maybe even late this year if a major bruin gets injured (and with savard coming back they have to get rid of someone's contract making it even more likely). Colborne alone could be better than Mueller and his 3 concussions - this is not an overstatement at all. Stefan Elliott really is a terrific d-man prospect. Offensive d-man putting up PPG numbers in the WHL and hes a top 3 prospect for the Avs in the system.
