Speaking of clerical errors that weren't caught earlier...

Hong brought this issue to my attention. From the waiver draft, Sean Maguire was not available player to be drafted. Apologies to Mike (PIT) but he is still owned by Minnesota.

Maguire was a Minnesota draft pick in 2012...

So what are we going to do about this because he was also not owned on fantrax. I thought we've said on multiple occasions if the player isn't on fantrax then the player is available.

Only reason I ask is because this fucks up my waiver draft. Gave up some picks for the extra selection and now have missed out on a bunch of guys. Let me know how to best resolve and how to prevent this going forward?

after discussion inside CC, it's been decided Maguire belongs to Pittsburgh. Decision was unanimous.

Mike didn't do anything wrong, whereas Hong never added or owned the player on fantrax, and only had this Macguire name in his past roster submissions, making impossible for Mike to realize the player may have not been free.

And to make this an easier decision, Hong didn't claim ownership of the player when Mike still would have had a chance to pick someone else.

I don't know if we formally announced it but we will do a 2nd round like before where the lottery teams (and Vegas) each receive a pick.
