He has no contract. He is from Russia. He owes the NHL nothing. His job is to make money, and try to be happy in his life. You can't spend your entire life trying to prove something to someone else.

And I meant it could help him develop as a player, not person.

honestly think Turris is underrated/RyJo is overrated ... Scandella is a Replacement level Starting D man in most categories, thus a 4-5 D man?

Quite the cycle to go from Jankowski + 3 18 1sts + Skinner + Paul to Karlsson + Smith + Gabriel + Turris + Scandella

Improves your defence and Turris is better than Skinner IMO but a lot of 1sts gone.
